Update on the mouse issue: The little bastard has set up a nest
in my stuffed animals!! GYAAAAAAAAA!! I have to wash them all now! Thank God he didn't chew any of them, but damn it!
I'm setting up the traps tonight. I got the
peanut butter ready.
Also, I got an
awesome shower curtain today. You can't see it in the link, but it's translucent, like rice paper is. Actually, it's rice paper or rice paper-like fabric between vinyl. I plan on using
Hello Kitty shower hooks with it. Be like Kittyhawk!
I'm enjoying the hell out of
XXXholic right now. Also with
Pinky St. These toys kick ass! I made
one that looks like me, if I had red hair that is, which hopefully I'll have soon after the wedding. I don't want to screw it up before the wedding. That would suck. ^_^;;
I cleaned the hell out of my place today. God, no place has ever needed such cleaning. I used this awesome stuff that made my hand, my drawing one, burn like nothing else. Well, not more than acid, which I have dipped my hand in before. It's OK, though. I washed it off quickly. Now my cabinet is super clean. After Buddy the mouse is gone, I'll move on to clean his past nests.
I need to do my wedding registry. I still haven't done it. Hmmm...
Well, I'm gone. Eat your cereal!
To have the same one.

Thank you to all who have wished Harry and I congratulations on the wedding. We are very happy to receive them. We will be posting our pictures on the site, so don't worry! Plenty of Elvis wedding goodness to be had.
Buddy's days are numbered. I have traps. Run while you still can, bastard!
Let's see... I'm feeling much better. Two days of rest helped a lot. Rest, not sleep, mind you. I'm quite sleep deprived right now. Maybe I should get some sleep. Hmmm...
Ah well, good night!
It's the success that may come.

Ugh... I'm sick again. I've got a cold and a bit of a fever. This seems to always happen whenever I really try not to get sick. Maybe I should give up and live the life of a... what's the word? The word for "a person who does not care if they get sick." Is there such a word? *Checks Google* I guess there is no word for such a thing. ^_^;;
I'm also dealing with
Buddy. Buddy is the name that Harry Lime has given to the little mouse who has decided our place is his place. The asshole has been living in our kitchen and nook for quite some time now, and I've about had it. He must go. No more eating my rice or tearing up my magazines. This is war!
GRAAAAAA!!
I feel kind of woozy now, so I think I'm going to rest. Y'all have fun doing your thing.

I've been in a tea mood lately, so I got this tea from Twinning's called Lapsang Souchong. It was described as "smoky," so I gave it a shot.
When something is described as smoky, especially tea, I think firewood. No, it smells like BEEF JERKY. It's so weird and even tastes like it a little. O_o;;

What's big in Kittyhawk's life these busy days? Why it's...
Kittyhawk and Harry Lime's wedding!
Yup, yup! The big day is coming! Sorry I haven't kept y'all updated. We selected the date recently. ^_^;; And what's the date? February 25! We're going to be married by Elvis in Las Vegas! So cool!
I got my wedding dress yesterday. Yes, yesterday. I waited this long to get one. I was sort of afraid to get it. I'm not that girly. ^_^;;
Anyway, I went with T and Harry Lime to the bridal shop. We were judged on the spot. I think they were shocked that someone who dresses the way I do (art student) would want a wedding dress. They also seemed irritated that I waited this long. Look, I know I waited too long; they didn't have to rub my nose in it. I think they were also trying to discourage me. O_-
So I picked out a dress that looked sort of what I was looking for all along, but it didn't have the gold embroidery that I've always wanted. Then as I was walking to the dressing rooms with T (Harry Lime left to keep the tradition of not seeing the bride in the dress till the date), I saw this beautiful dress. White and sleeveless with gold embroidery of flowers on the skirt hem, train, and top of the bodice and a skirt full but not too poofy. I grabbed it of course, despite the sales girl's insistence that the size was too small. (She kept telling me to go a size larger because I think she didn't believe me when I told her my dress size. She also didn't believe my bust size. ^_^;; )
I decided to try on the gold embroidered dress first. It fit like a
glove. I flounced around a lot in it. The girl then put a tiara and some veils on my head. It was perfect.
I did this mad scramble to get the money to pay for it because I didn't want to lose it. It was the only one, after all. I did get it thanks to my mom calling immediately. So, it's beautiful and MINE.
It's currently hanging in my room in it's baggie. I'm too afraid to pull it out because it's the most expensive thing I own, even more than
Kinsei, my
iBook G4!
Well, I'll say no more. I'll give you what you've been wanting: pictures! Oh, and please excuse the goofy looks on my face. I don't take pictures well. ^_^;;
Enjoy!
