HAPPY NEW YEAR!! And...

Takepon!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TAKEPON!

Takeshi Shuukaidou is my favorite character of all time, so I have to do something for his birthday. ^_^

The Animal Crossing: Wild World Status Bar above works, so check it often to see if I'm on.

Y'all have a good New Year! See you in 2006!

Kittyhawk ^_^

It's gonna be good.

Howdy, y'all! I'm currently working on my Animal Crossing: Wild World status bar for the site. I figure this is a better way for you to know if I'm on rather than setting times. I'm not against setting times for special occasions, but for day to day, this works better. ^_^

So without further ado, here's the one for when I'm offline:

closed

And here's the one for when I have gates open:

open

Finally, this is the one for when I'm visiting someone else's town:

visiting

I'm not sure if the visiting status will be in the final version. I have to see if Harry Lime can actually implement this one because I'm not sure if we can detect whether the DS broadcasts differently when visiting or hosting. Also, and this is just me thinking, I don't know what will happen if I'm playing Mario Kart DS. Will it cause the status bar to say I'm on ACWW? I guess we'll have to see.

Now what would be super nif' would be making a MacOSX widget! I'll have to look into that! ^_^

I'm going to start working on SGVY this week. With New Year's being this weekend, I can't say for sure there will be one next week. Please be understanding.

I'm looking for a Beatnik shirt and beret!

Hey! How's it going out there? I'm back home, so I'm loving the broadband again. Ah, I'll never leave you again... Oh wait, I will... Soon... *cries*

Anyway! Thank you to all who sent Animal Crossing: Wild World codes! I'll probably be on tomorrow. Don't know when, but probably in the afternoon while I'm watching the 'Trek Block Party on Spike. (I watch it whenever I can. ^_^ ) I'm actually getting Harry Lime to make an indicator for the site showing when I'm on ACWW! Then you'll always know when I'm exploring or just chillin' in Montrose.

I got Final Fantasy IV Advance today. It's pretty and sounds great, but that's all I can tell you so far. I didn't get to play much today. My bro Tom_Swan tells me that it's cool, but there's some bugs like battle timing issues and slow down. I'll have to see for myself, but even if it's true, I'm still looking forward to the expanded storyline. After all, FFIV ranks very highly in my list of greatest RPGs of all time. The top of the list is Chrono Trigger, by the way, followed by Final Fantasy VI (which should be out next year on GBA). I'm hoping for a Chrono Trigger rerelease one day, but somehow I don't think it will come. Damn you, Squenix!

Please continue to send Animal Crossing codes! I welcome them all. Montrose awaits!

Goodbye, Rod.

Well, it's Christmas, and I have a special holiday treat for y'all. How's about another Holiday Special featuring Blue Angel Jessie? Enjoy!

XMAS

The Holiday Special took me two days to complete. I was delirious and very drunk. Actually, I'm really delirious right now. Anyway, I hope it's good. I think it's fine. If you're wondering why Jessie is acting crazy, she is crazy. Very crazy. It's a story for another day, though. Just enjoy the comic.

It's been quite a year. I thought about talking about it, but why? You're here for entertainment, not sob stories. Not that all of it was a sob story. Actually most of it wasn't. OK, it actually was a good year. Let's leave it at that.

I got Animal Crossing: Wild World for Christmas! If you play, definitely email me, and we'll trade friend codes! I'm loving this version of the game. I disliked the Gamecube version because you had to sit in front of the TV at least an hour a day to keep up. I like being able to take it with me and work on the town when I want to. Also, the ability to actually talk to others in the game has finally been added with the advent of NintendoWIFI.

Now there are some problems. You can't visit another town without "being friends" with the one you're visiting and vice versa. I can't think of the words to describe how much this sucks. Thank you, Nintendo, for protecting children from predators. Or rather, thank you, Nintendo, for saving your ass. Oh well.

Time for me to go to bed. I'm sorry for the last year; I'll do better in the new year. ^_^

It's final.
